Cute small house 3 bed 1 bath at corner lot in beutiful mountain side in Tehachapi, small city with family atmosphere. Recently appraised at $178,000. We bought it for $160,000 3yrs ago interest only. Because the interest on it is adjusting from 6.99% to 9.125% we just can't keep up with the payment. We both working in LA wich is about 104 miles from it and we have to pay rent for a small room in LA. It is very hard for us to pay 2 places just for sleep in in the same time.
